Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI and software engagements — scope, timeline, client relationship, and the pod's execution.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements
- Run agile ceremonies — sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage scope, timeline, budget burn, and delivery risk; keep the client dashboard current
- Act as the primary client point of contact for updates, demos, and escalations
- Coordinate senior engineers and AI-assisted workflows across the pod
Requirements
- 10+ years managing software/IT delivery, ideally in services or consulting
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum and the modern SDLC
- Proven track record owning enterprise client relationships end to end
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bonus: exposure to AI/ML or AI-assisted development
