Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across one or more delivery pods
- Coach teams on agile practices, flow, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and shield the team to protect sprint focus
- Track velocity, predictability, and delivery health; surface risk early
- Partner with project managers and clients on release planning
Requirements
- 10+ years in software delivery with significant Scrum Master experience
- CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification
- Track record coaching multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder skills
- Bonus: experience in AI/ML or AI-assisted delivery environments
