Own the data architecture for AI-native products — pipelines, models, governance, and the foundations that power AI features.

Responsibilities
  • Design data models, pipelines, and warehouse/lakehouse architectures
  • Build the data foundations for AI/ML and retrieval-augmented (RAG) systems
  • Define data governance, quality, lineage, and security standards
  • Optimise for performance, cost, and scale across batch and streaming
  • Partner with engineering and AI teams on retrieval and feature pipelines
Requirements
  • 10+ years in data engineering and data architecture
  • Strong SQL and data modelling; warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift) and lakehouse patterns
  • ETL/ELT, streaming (Kafka), and orchestration (Airflow/dbt)
  • Cloud data platforms with governance and security best practices
  • Bonus: vector databases and RAG data pipelines for LLM applications
